Fees & Medicare Rebates

Sessions are 50 minutes and are charged at $300.

However, the out-of-pocket cost is $150.95 per session with a Mental Health Treatment Plan.

Under the Better Access initiative, eligible clients can access Medicare rebates for up to 10 individual psychology sessions per calendar year. Medicare rebates are processed directly to your nominated bank account, typically within 24–48 hours of the session.

How to access a Mental Health Treatment Plan: Book an appointment with your GP and let them know you would like to discuss a referral to a psychologist. Your GP will assess your needs and, if appropriate, prepare a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral.

Private Health Insurance

If you hold private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible for an additional rebate depending on your insurer and level of cover. Contact your insurer directly to confirm what psychology sessions are covered under your policy.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations and non-attendance may incur a fee.
