Fees & Medicare Rebates

Session fee is $250 per session.

With a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP, you are eligible for Medicare rebates on individual psychology sessions. The current rebate for a registered psychologist is $98.95 per session, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Additional sessions may be approved by your GP if clinically indicated.

The rebate is processed directly to your nominated bank account, typically within 24-48 hours of the session.

How to access a Mental Health Treatment Plan: Book an appointment with your GP and let them know you'd like a referral to a psychologist. They will assess your needs and, if appropriate, issue a MHTP. You do not need a diagnosis to access a plan.

Private Health Insurance

If you hold private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible for an additional rebate depending on your insurer and level of cover. Contact your insurer directly to confirm what psychology sessions are covered under your policy.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations and non-attendance may incur a fee.
