Registered Psychologist & Clinical Psychology Registrar
MClinPsych (Distinction) · GradDipPsych (Hons I) · BBus

I am a registered psychologist specialising in anxiety, men’s mental health, performance challenges and trauma. My approach combines insight and practical tools, with the aim of not only reducing symptoms, but also helping you develop a more confident, grounded and authentic sense of self.

My qualifications include a Master of Clinical Psychology (with Distinction), a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Honours - First Class), and a Bachelor of Business, completed through the University of Sydney and Western Sydney University.

Alongside my private practice, I currently work within the NSW Police Force, supporting officers and first responders exposed to high-pressure situations, trauma, and long-term stress. I’ve also worked in organisational psychology consulting with high-performing executives, in private practice with adults, children, and adolescents, and provided psychological support for workplace injury rehabilitation.

I work with people navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, from anxiety, depression and burnout to difficulties with sleep, anger, relationships and self-confidence. Many of my clients come to therapy because they feel stuck in recurring patterns, whether that looks like panic and performance anxiety, chronic stress, or a loss of direction and meaning. I also have experience supporting people through trauma, including first responders and individuals affected by critical incidents, as well as helping with insomnia, OCD, and various forms of addiction such as gambling, substance use or pornography addiction. Whether your concerns fit neatly into a diagnostic label or feel harder to define, my focus is on understanding your internal experience and working collaboratively toward meaningful change.

Therapeutic Modalities

I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy that is tailored to your individual goals and needs. My work combines structured psychological treatments with deeper, insight-oriented and experiential approaches, allowing therapy to be both practical and reflective.

Rather than applying techniques in a rigid way, my approach is guided by your personal formulation and remains flexible to what emerges in each session. The focus is on understanding the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and behaviour, while also building the skills needed to manage distress and move forward with greater authenticity and confidence.

My approach draws on the following therapeutic models and principles:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Psychodynamic & Insight Oriented Therapy

  • Emotion-focused & Somatic Approaches

  • Trauma-informed Therapy Principles

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy

  • Behavioural Activation

  • Exposure Therapy

  • Mindfulness-based Therapy
